1-16 oz pkg Salad Macaroni
1 lb thick slice bacon
1 dozen eggs, boiled, cooled, sliced
1 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed
3 dill pickles, sliced
1 lrg can of black olives, sliced
1 lrg purple onion, diced
2 lrg jars red pimento, drained
Miracle Whip or Salad Dressing, to taste
Yellow mustard, to taste
Paprika, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and cool well. Add bacon, cheese, eggs, pickles, black olives, onion, and pimento. Mix well. Add Miracle Whip so salad is not too dry. Mix in mustard according to personal taste. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate overnight. Add more salad dressing if salad is too dry.
