3 or 4 cooked chicken breast, cubed
1 c. bias cut celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. green pepper
1/2 c. butter
1-4 oz can of mushrooms
3 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 pkg chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegatables in butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 4-ounce can of mushrooms (optional), 3 cans of cream of chicken soup, heat thouroughly, place dried chow mein noodles into a greased 2 quart casserole dish enough to cover bottom of dish. Add vegatable mixture and top with more chow mein noodles. Cook for 30 minutes at 350º.

The original recipie called for a large can of tuna and
almonds but, if you are like me and don't like tuna and almonds in your dinner, this recipie works very well and is very tasty.
