2 cup canned Pumpkin
2/3 cup Oil
3 1/4 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Cloves, ground
1 1/2 cups Nuts (any type)
3 cups Sugar
4 Eggs
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 cup Raisins or Dates

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix pumpkin, sugar, oil and eggs.
2) Then add dry ingredients, nuts and raisins.
3) Bake in 1 pound coffee cans for 45 or 50 minutes at 325F. (Fill cans about half full- Makes 3 servings).
4) If a smaller loaf is desired, use smaller cans and reduce baking time.
