1 head of lettuce, chopped
1 can dark red kidney beans, rinsed
1 8-oz bag shredded cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 bag Fritos
1 bottle French or Catalina Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and taco seasoning in accordance to instruction on taco seasoning packaging. Combine lettuce, kidney beans, tomatoes, and cheese. Add ground beef mixture. Mix well. Slowly add dressing and corn chips, mix thoroughly.
