6 lbs. shrimp
1 cup olive oil
3/4 cup wine vinegar
1 small bottle ketchup
1/2 cup horseradish
1 T. black pepper
1 T. oregano
1 T. ground coriander
1 T. tabasco sauce
1 large mild onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp. Accent
2 cans black olives

Directions:

Cook and clean shrimp. May use already cooked shrimp. Mix all ingredients for marinade together and pour over shrimp and black olives. Marinate for at least 24 hrs in refrigerator.
