1/2 lb. extra lean ground chuck
1/2 lb. ground sausage
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 jar chunky salsa
1 can Tomatoes and Green Chilies
Nachos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meats together. Drain well. Add cheese and melt into meat over low heat. Add salsa, tomatoes, and chilies. Heat thoroughly to boiling point in crock pot. Reduce to simmer and keep in crock pot on low or warm and serve with Nachos for dipping.
