1 can 10 1/2 ounce Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 package Dry onion soup mix
6 cups Potatoes- cut into 1" pieces
6 cups Carrots- thickly sliced
1 3-4 pounds boneless chuck pot roast- fat trimmed off

Directions:

1) In crock pot mix the cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix.
2) Add roast, thoroughly coating both sides.
3) Add vegetables, cover with lid and cook on low 8-9 hours.
