1 lg can milnot milk
1 lg pkg lemon jello
2 1/4 c boiling water
1/2 c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
6 tbsp lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1 tsp grated rind
1 c vanilla wafers (crushed)

Directions:
Directions:
Chill milnot. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add sugar, salt, lemon juice, and rind to jello. Chill until syrupy. Beat milk until stiff. Whip jello mixture into milk. Pour into large cake pan. Top with wafer crumbs. Chill several hours.
