First Layer
1 stick butter/oleo
1 c pecans (chopped)
1 c flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp butter extract

Second Layer
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip (from lg tub)

Third Layer
1 3 oz pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 3 oz pkg insatnt vanilla pudding
3 c whole milk

Garnish for Topping
hershey bar (grated)
pecans (chopped)

First Layer
Mix flour, sugar, and pecans. Cut in butter and butter extract until crumbly. Spread in 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 to 350 for 20 minutes. Cool.

Second Layer
Cream the cheese and sugar together. Mix in cool whip. Spread on cooled crust.

Third Layer
Mix all three ingredients together and spread on cream cheese layer. Top with rest of large tub of cool whip.

Garnish
Grate hershey bar and chop pecans to spread on top. Chill several hours in refrigerator.
