1 lb sausage (browned and drained)
6 eggs
1 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 c grated cheese
2 c milk
1 tsp salt
6 slices bread (broken in pieces)
1 sm can chopped green chilies (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into rectangular glass baking dish and refrigerate, overnight is best. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
