1-3 oz. pkg strawberry jello
1 3/4 cup boiling water
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup diced celery
2 cups raw cranberries
1 orange
1 cup diced apple
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Grind cranberries in food processor or with food grinder (rind and all). Mix with sugar and then stir mixture into gelatin. Place in refrigerator. When gelatin is almost set add chopped apple, celery, and nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
