Field Greens (lettuce, baby greens, carrots)

Sliced Strawberries (may also use tangerines or mandarin oranges)

Sugared pecans:
Pecans
Butter
Sugar

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. celery seed
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pecans in butter until warm. Coat with sugar and set aside to cool.

Combine dressing ingredients thoroughly.

Toss field greens, sliced strawberries, and pecans with dressing or serve dressing separately.
