1 medium cabbage
250g square egg nuddles
100g butter or margarine
1 chopped onion
pepper
2 T salt
1 T sugar
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the cabbage into thin slices, sprinkle salt on it and let stand for an hour at room temperature. Squeeze all the liquid from the cabbage. Melt the butter or margarine, add the cabbage, salt and pepper and simmer on very low heat for 20 minutes covered. In parallel, cook the noodles and strain. Add noodles to cabbage. In a separate frying pan, fry the onion in a little vegetable oil and sprinkle on the cabbage.
