3 T. hot Chinese mustard
2 T hot water
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 T sesame white sesame seeds, toasted until brown
1 garlic clove, minced

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, blend the mustard and water. Pour into a food
processor or blender.

Add remaining ingredients and process about 1 minute.
