1 tsp. ginger juice or chopped ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T soy sauce
1 T sake
1 pound chicken breasts, chopped into bite-sized pieces.
2/3 cups corn starch
3 cups oil (peanut or saffron)
1.2 each diced green and red pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with ginger, garlic, soy, sake and
peppers and marinate for 20 minutes.

Toss in cornstarch and coat evenly.

Heat oil in wok until very hot.

Fry 4-5 pieces of chicken 4-5 minutes or until brown.

Rome with slotted spoon and repeat.
