1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar butterscotch ice cream topping
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
3 Heath bars
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as directed on box. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Remove from oven and poke holes in cake with handle of wooden spoon. Pour condensed millk into holes. Pour ice cream topping over milk. Frost with Cool Whip. Crush candy bars and sprinkle over top. Refrigerate until served.
