1 onion, chopped
2/3 stick margarine
2 cans hominy, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar jalapeno cheez whiz
Fritos (for topping)
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in margarine until soft. Mix other ingredients in pan over low heat until thoroughly blended. Pour into baking dish and top with crushed Fritos. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
