3 lb hamburger
1 sm can carnation milk
1 c chopped onion
2 c oatmeal
2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt

2 c catsup
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 onion (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first list of ingredients together and make into balls. Mix second list of ingredients for sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 for one hour.

Meatballs can be frozen ahead of time, then sauce added to bake. I cook 1/2 recipe and use a full recipe for sauce. Cook in crock pot, also.
