1 pkg. carmels
3/4 cup canned milk
1 pgk. German Chocolate Cake Mix
3/4 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine carmels & 1/2 cup milk in a sauce pan, cook over low hear until melted.

Combine 1/4 cup milk, cake mix & butter. Press half into a 9x13 greased cake pan.

Bake @ 350 for 6 min.

Pour carmel mixture, chocolate chips & nuts over the top. Add remaining dough in drops on top.

Bake @ 350 for 15 - 20 min.
