2 - 9 inch pie crusts
6 c green apples (sliced)
1 c sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flour
dash of nutmeg
1 tbsp butter (cut)

Directions:
Directions:
Place one pie crust in pie plate. Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, flour, and nutmeg in bowl. Pour mix into crust. Dot with butter. Place other crust over mix and seal around edge. Pierce top of crust a few times with fork or knife. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Watch edges for browning and use foil ring if needed.

Red apples can be used with a tbsp of lemon juice for tartness. Use frozen or homemade pie crusts, both are great. See other recipes for homemade crusts.
