16 large mushrooms caps
1 pkg. Bob Evans mild or sage sausage
1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Wash mushrooms removing stems (you can set stems aside for use with another recipe later if you like). Take mushroom caps and fill with Philadelphia cream cheese. Add a spoonful of sausage on top of the cream cheese. Place on a cookie sheet. Cook for 30-35 minutes until sausage is bubbling and cooked through. These go great with scrambled eggs, muffins and fresh sliced fruit.
