Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Roll recipe 1 batch or Rhoades frozen rolls (24)

1/2 cup butter
1 envelope ranch powder or can use 1 envelope dry Italian dressing seasoning
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1-16 oz package grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make bread dough or let frozen roll dough thaw. Divide bread dough into rolls. Combine Ranch powder, parmesan cheese, and shredded cheese. Melt butter. Dip rolls into butter and roll in cheese/seasoning mixture. Place on greased pan, let rise until double. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
Grandma Rigby always flattened the rolls slightly and overlapped them on the pan, so they were a combination of pull-a-parts and rolls.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is Grandma Rigby's famous Cheese Roll recipe. Beth always thought she was the only one who had it, not realizing I had helped Grandma Rigby make the rolls about ten years before Beth was even part of the family. She often refused to share the recipe, saying it was a secret and that she was the only one who could make the rolls properly.
Whenever anyone asked me for the recipe, I was happy to pass it along. To me, family recipes are meant to be shared. They become part of our family history, and the only way they survive is if they're passed from one generation to the next.
