Personal Notes:
Although this was Granny’s recipe it was Grandpa that would make breakfast every Sunday morning. Whether is was making bacon and eggs, or pancakes, he would always take out his counter skillet to make Sunday breakfast for the family. It was always comforting to be sitting at the kitchen table with Granny as she read her Sunday paper with a cup coffee while Grandpa was making breakfast and entertaining Brittany with his little silly jokes.
