1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 T water
2 T rice wine vinegar
1 T chopped ginger
1 T chopped celery
1 T soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine in blender or food processor.
