1 tsp. olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 lb. runner beans
1/2 lb. green beans
1 14-oz. can diced tomatoes
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a heavy-based saucepan and saute the onion
over medium heat until softened but not browned.

Add the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the beans and chopped tomatoes. Cover tightly with a lid.

Cook over fairly low heat, shaking the pan occasionally, for
about 30 minutes or until the beans are tender.
