2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese
2 large eggs
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
18 Vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Directions:
Directions:
Start by beating the cream cheese in a mixer. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Line a cupcake tin with baking cups. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each. Pour each cup half full with mixture. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes. Let cool completely then top with pie filling.
