1 cup flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1⁄4 tsp salt
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups whole milk*

*Whole milk makes everything bind together better

Mix all ingredients together with a wire whisk until blended.

Let stand for a while, if possible (best if refrigerated overnight to thicken).

Fry in butter, making them 6 inches or bigger in diameter.

Stack on a plate in low oven until all are made.

Use a fork for rolling up to put on individual plates.

Make a line of lingonberries diagonally across pancake and roll up with fork
to eat.

Grandma Lily is Sandy's paternal grandmother. So this makes it my grandsons Cory and Cole's paternal great grandmother. They have this every year for Christmas morning breakfast.
