1 1/2 Cups melted butter, salted
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
5 TBS cocoa powder
2 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp red food coloring
Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Do not use mixer or hand mixer

In a bowl, beat with a wire whisk, butter and eggs. Whisk together sugar and vanilla. Do not over mix, just combine.

Add Flour, cocoa and nuts (if desired). Do not over mix and mix together with the same wire whisk.

In a 9x13 pan, cook at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Do not overcook.

These are supposed to be thin, do not change for a different sized pan.

Let them cool completely before cutting and serving.
