6 small zucchini, sliced thin
2 large tomatoes chopped or 1 basket cherry tomatoes halved.
6 slices of bacon, fried and diced
Bacon fat or butter
Pinch of basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into pan including the bacon fat. Cover. Simmer until zucchini is barely tender. DO NOT ADD WATER.
