1 lb bag broccoli floretts
1can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 egg
1 sleeve of saltine crackers
1 stick of butter or marg.

Directions:
Directions:
cook brocoli as directed. Drain and set aside. Add the cream of mushroom soup, mayo, egg in a bowl and mix well. Place broccoli in a baking dish, pour mixture over and mix well add the shredded cheese.

Melt the stick of butter and crush the entire sleeve of crackers, mix butter and crackers together. Place the crackers over the top of the broccoli and bake for 30 min @ 350 degrees or until crackers turn light brown.
