2 1/2 lb potatoes- Idaho or Russett
1/2 lb Bob Evans sausage
1 bunch green onions
2 stems celery
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pint half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Add just enough water to almost cover all of the above. Heat to almost boiling and reduce to simmer until the potatoes are cooked through and everything is soft.
DO NOT DRAIN!!
Smash with a potato masher or use a mixer to blend completely.

Add pint of half and half
Stir well
Re-heat on very low heat.
