1 cup parkay or Crisco
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
2 eggs
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix shortening and sugar, add egg, then dry ingredients. Roll into balls. Mix sugar and cinnamon and roll balls in mixture. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes.
