64 marshmallows
1/2 c water

5 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 lb butter (2 sticks)
3 pkg. chocolate chips (6 cups)
1 c chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet or rectangle cake pan.

Place marshmallows and water in microwave safe bowl and melt together. (Stir every minute). If no microwave, melt in the top of a double boiler over pot of boiling water.

In large pot, mix sugar, evaporated milk and butter.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Continue boiling for 8 minutes.

Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and marshmallow cream.
Mix well.
Pour into greased pan.
Refrigerate until ready to cut and package.
