1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 egg **
1 cup cooking oil
4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tarter
I package chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Cream first 7 ingredients until smooth. Add oil and mix well.
Add dry ingredients until well mixed.
Pour in chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes
