1 lb cooked Polish sausage, sliced
1/2 c chopped onion
1 pkg Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
2 1/3 cups water
2/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

n 12- inch skillet, cook sausage and onion until sausage is browned and onion is tender, stirring frequently. Drain. Add potato slices, contents of sauce packet from potatoes, ground red pepper , water, milk and margarine; mix well, Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in vegetables; simmer an additional 7 to 10 minutes or until potatoes and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
