1 Lb lean ground beef. ( you can sub for turkey or chicken but if you do add a little beef boullion to the meat while you cook it)
1 can of Tomato sauce
1 can of Green beans
4 to 6 medium potatoes
1 can of 12 Oz evaporated milk (can sub for regular milk)
1 stick of butter
Salt and pepper to taste.
Sliced cheese or shredded Cheddar or American is best but any will do.

Pre Heat oven to 350°F
Brown your Ground beef until no pink remains .
While beef is browning peel and dice potatoes salt water and boil them until fork tender.
When meat is brown add in the tomato sauce and green beans , simmer on low while you strain potatoes.
Put strained potatoes back in the pot add the butter, evap milk and salt and pepper to taste mash until smooth , however you mash .
Add the beef mixture to a casserole dish top with Mashed potatoes . Bake at 350° F for about 30 minutes or bubbly .Remove casserole top with cheese and return to oven for 8 to 10 minutes. It will be hot . Let rest for 10 minutes serve and enjoy.
