Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 C Warm Water
1 Pkg Yeast
1 Tblsp Sugar
1 Egg
2 Tblsp Oil
½ tsp Salt
2 C Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, egg, oil and salt and whisk, mixing well. Add flour and mix well with a spoon. Make into rolls and place each one into oiled pan, then turn the roll over so the top and bottom have oil on them. Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake in preheated 425º oven.

These are a rustic roll like Grandma Blevins made. For a little lighter roll, after mixing the flour into the wet ingredients, cover and let rise for an hour. After the dough has risen, should be doubled, remove the dough to a floured surface and knead it for 3 - 4 minutes, before making it into rolls and proceeding as above.
