2 cups flour (sifted)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, baking powder, sugar and shortening. Beat eggs and add eggs and milk to mixture. Put on cookie sheet. put on apple slices, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake 350º about 45 to 60 minutes.
