4 Green Peppers
2 lbs. ground round
1 can corn
1 can of tomato juice
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the peppers in half and deseed and blanch them in boiling water.
Mix the meat mixture and then add about 2 cups tomato juice. You might need
a little more or less depending on how much you do. Fill in the peppers with the meat mixture. Pour the rest of the tomato juice over the peppers. Cook on 350º for about 45-50 minutes.
