Ingredients:  
1 can creamed corn
1 can kernel corn
2 eggs, beaten, by hand is ok
1 stick melted butter
1 C. Sour Cream
1 box jiffy corn bread mix
1 C. plus cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Place in baking dish, sprayed with non-stick spray, bake 15 minutes, spread cheese on top, bake another 15 -
20 minutes.

I have been known to also put cheese "IN" the
