Biscuits:
1 c. Butter
2-3 c. Self Rising Flour
Water

*To make self rising flour from all purpose flour:

1 c. All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Hamburger Gravy:
1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp flour
Milk

Directions:

Biscuits:
1. Add flour and room temperature butter into a bowl and mix with your hand
2. Add water until sticky
3. On a floured counter put your dough and kneed so that you can roll the dough out to desired thickness of your biscuits
4. Cut with a jar lid or glass jar
5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
6. Add melted butter to the tops of the biscuits

Hamburger Gravy:
1. Cook ground beef leaving all grease in the pan
2. Add flour and mix
3. Add milk until desired thickness of your gravy
