FILLING:
2 1/2 lb can sweet potatoes, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:
1 c. coconut
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. self rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 stick butter melted

1. mix filling together until smooth. Pour into greased 2 qt casserole. 2. Mix topping ingred, spread on top of casserole filling. 3. Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 mins until golden brown.
