2½ cups sifted flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
¼ cup sifted confectioners' sugar
2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg
½ teaspoon Almond Extract
1 teaspoon Vanilla
food coloring as desired
Directions:

Sift together flour and salt
Cream butter and add confectioners sugar
Blend in eggs and extract
Gradually add flour to blend

Chill 30 mins

Use a press to 'spritz' cookies on a baking sheet

Bake at 400 for 6 to 8 minutes
