1½ C sugar
½ C oil
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
2 t vanilla
3 eggs
2 C flour
2 t baking powder
Sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º In mixing bowl combine sugar, oil melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Stir together flour and baking powder. Stir into chocolate mixture. Cover and chill. Using 1 table spoon dough for each, shape into balls; roll in powder sugar. Bake on cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes. Do not over bake. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
