1 16oz. can cream corn
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen or fresh chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
2 eggs, beaten
14 crackers, made into coase crumbs
1 tbs. instant minced onion
2 tbs. butter or margarine melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/3 cup coarse saltine cracker crumbs
2 tbs. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, onion, 2 tbs melter butter/margarine, salt and pepper.

Turn into 1 Qt casserole. Combine the 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and the remaining butter.

Sprinkle over vegetable mixture.

Bake uncovered in 350º oven for 35-40 minutes.
