3-4 cups Water
1-2 large Onions, diced
3-4 stalks Celery, diced
2 Carrots diced
1-2 Zucchini & Yellow squash, sliced
1 cups Broccoli
1- 1 1/2 pounds Cubed steak
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2-4 teaspoon Beef Boullion

Directions:
Directions:
1) Brown meat in pan, when brown add water, beef boullion, onions, put in crock pot and let cook 5-6 hours on low.
2) Add all vegetables and cook 2 more hours.
3) Add 1/2 Cup flour and 1/2 Cup butter(melted) mix together. Cook on high till thick.

OPTIONAL: Add 1-16 oz. can tomatoes
A kettle may be used if you want this soup to cook quicker than a crock. I use a crock for the first half of soup. Then boil vegs and add to mixture if I am in hurry.
