garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Make a tinfoil tray a little bigger than the piece of pork loin. Spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle all sides of pork loin (in the following order) with garlic powder, pepper, seasoning salt and paprika. Grill. Check meat temperature frequently with a GOOD meat thermometer. Remove from grill when meat reaches 170º.

We use a charcoal grill so it requires a lot of charcoal and takes about 45 minutes. Check temperature often. Noah is our pork loin chef. He does an excellent job.
