3 bags cabbage, shredded
2 bags carrots, shredded
1/2 onion, chopped
glass noodles
1 lb ground pork and 1 lb beef, mixed
sesame oil
soy sauce
crushed garlic
toasted sesame seeds
salt and pepper
egg roll wrappers (we use spring roll wrappers)

Pour hot water over glass noodles, let sit for 10 minutes. Drain and chop. Saute carrots, garlic, and onions until al dente. Brown meat with garlic, salt, and pepper. Drain. Mix cabbage, carrots, onions, and spices together then set aside. Place spoonful of mixture on wrapper roll and seal with egg wash. Fry in peanut oil 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
