Directions:
Incorporate all ingredients and roll into golf ball size meatballs. Pour ⅓ of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a deep sided large skillet. Place a single layer of meatballs on the bottom and cover with another ⅓ of the sauce. Add remaining meatballs and cover with sauce as needed. Put a lid on the skillet and while carefully watching, bring to a boil. Gently shake skillet to move meatballs around and ensure they are covered in sauce. Lower heat to simmer and cook for approximately 45 minutes or until meatballs are done. I use these meatballs to make submarine sandwiches and top with additional cheese of your choice. These meatballs can also be used to make spaghetti and meatballs.
