6 - 8 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 white onion, finely chopped
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
2 serrano chiles, seeds removed and minced
1 jalepeno pepper, seeds removed and minced
2 tsp. salt
3 - 5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and chill. When ready, serve with tortilla chips.
